In the words of the fictional Francis Urquhart in the BBC series House of Cards (now there's political drama for you): "you might think that, I couldn't possibly comment".
Except that I have. So has Allan Holender, a long time Vancouver resident.
And we are both members of the Conservative Party of Canada speaking here, about a city that's got a lot of rot under its glitzy surface.
